Is it original... Well it's not common for sure, but original, well not really, it's a nice photography.
The photography technique is good as far I can see, the exposure is good, as well as the focus.
Ok for me the first and major problem is the framing, you have half of your picture with the sky with absolutely nothing in it. This decrease the impact of your picture in a dramatic way, I suggest to crop the picture and focus on the balloons.
The foreground has a second problem, of course you need it, it gives a sense of scale and distance without speaking of contrast. But do we really need the wires and the pole ? I you have a software like photoshop I suggest to properly erase them.
You have a very base with this photography, you just need to release its full potential.
